TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET PURCHASES: 1. This ticket entitles the ticket holder to a single entrance. 2. It is advised to arrive 21:30 to avoid queuing times. 3. Only guests with table reservations are entitled to a jump the queue. Dress code is smart no sportswear allowed . Smart shoes for guys and smart top. 4. On arrival to the club bring your E-mail confirmation and the card used to purchase the tickets. Once you reach the front of the queue your information will be checked off by the door host for entrance. 5. The ticket holder must adhere to the venues entrance guidelines (Over 18s, Dress code: Dress Up / Dress Down) 6. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission. 7. Entertainment and acts may be subject to change. 8. Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission for failure to adhere to the venues entrance guidelines. 9. Refunds will only be issues should the event be canceled.

Once a deposit is made, please contact hello@duolondon.co.uk with lead name, number of guests + gender balance on table. 3) Please note a discretionary charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill. 4) Tables seat between 3-5 guests & tables should have an equal Gender Balance of both Males & Females. 5) Only guests with table reservations are entitled to a queue jump provided it is cleared with the event manager prior to the event. Upon arrival please quote your tables lead name & you will be led to your table. 6) This is an Over 18’s event & all Guests entering the Venue must have valid scannable I.D | Passport, Driving License or Government issued I.D. All I.D’s will be scanned. No I.D = No Entry. 7) Dress code is Smart | Hats, hoodies & sportswear are not allowed. Designer trainers are accepted. 8) All Bags will be searched before entering the venue & all patrons are subject to pat downs, pocket checks and security screening at the door. 9) No Chewing gum is permitted inside the venue & will be confiscated if found. 10) Security have final say at the door – No large male groups or single entry males will be allowed to enter the venue. Arrival in mixed gender groups only. 11) Security retain the right to refuse entry to the venue due to incorrect gender balance. 12) Management & security reserve the right to refuse entry at the door. 13) Entertainment and acts may be subject to change 14) Table Entry by 11 P.M.
